The following terms and conditions applies to all Curvy Market Resale clients. Consignor

There’s a one-time fee of $10 to register as a consignor. 

You will receive 40% of your item’s sale price for 60 days.  All clothes are subject to sales, including half off.  After 60 days, any unsold merchandise becomes the property of Curvy Market Resale to use at their discretion and no commission will be paid on further sales, unless there is an abundance of items remaining. If so, client and CMR will discuss options. 

Monies from monthly sales are issued by the end of the following month, or credit can be applied to your account for your own purchases. Monies must total $15 or more to receive funds. Funds are paid by mailed check, direct deposit, or PayPal deposit. Donator If you decide to donate your clothes instead of being a consigner, you will receive a “discount card” for 25% off your purchase, valid for 4 purchases, with a donation of approximately 35 pieces.

Merchandise

We accept women’s clothes 1x-8x, accessories, purses, and some home décor.  We specialize in plus size clothing, size 14 and up. No shoes. Appointments must be made to bring your clothing and accessory items to CMR for review.  If a staff member of CRM picks up merchandise, there is a $25 trip charge unless you are donating all items to CMR. 

CMR holds the right to decline any donations based on style, quality, or condition of items. All items must be in good condition – no stains, broken zippers, missing buttons, rips. Normal wear and tear is acceptable and is at the discretion of Curvy Market Resale. Must be washed, clean, and odor-free, including free of perfumes or smoke.

NO PET HAIR, especially cat hair.  All clothing items must be on hangers. Clothes must be seasonal.  No summer clothes during the months of Nov-Jan. We will begin accepting spring and summer the last week of February.  No winter clothes March-July. We will begin accepting fall/winter Sept.

Curvy Market Resale is not responsible for damaged, missing, or stolen merchandise.  If items are found to be damaged after CMR accepts them, they will become a donation to CMR.
